CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS
Check in is no earlier than 2pm. If you are going to be later than 4 please call and make arrangements to pick up
key and directions to property.
We would love to let you in early upon arrival, however, without legal access (time & dates on your lease) we are
advised not to do so. Also, the cleaners may still be at the property getting your rental ready and they may not finish if anyone arrives at the property. Some cleaners charge the owner $50 if people show up at the rental or are there when they arrive to clean and they have to come back later. This charge will be deducted from your security deposit so please respect the policy and do not check in early. Check our fun links below - there are many things to do while you are awaiting check in. Also, Orleans has many shops that you can walk to from our office and you are welcome to park there while you wait to check in. orleans@rentalscapecod.com
RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS/POLICY
We require half the total rental amount plus a $45 reservation fee. We will need the entire rental amount including security deposit (refundable) and reservation fee if your reservation is made after May 1 for July rentals and June 1 for August rentals. You can send regular mail if you do so within the next 24 hours, otherwise you will need to send via Express Mail or similar. Your reservation isn't confirmed until check is received and ultimately not until we receive the lease back signed.
In order to more quickly secure your reservation you can email your mailing address and we can email the lease to you to print, sign and send in with your check. If you want it mailed then we need to receive your deposit first.
Please make check payable to ATCP, Inc. and put your phone number (cell phone if you have one) on the check. Note the four letter code of your rental along with the rental dates on the memo of your check. We will send a lease to the name and address on the check unless you include alternate instructions with your check.
Final Payment plus the Security Deposit is due in full by May 1st for July rentals and June 1 for August rentals.
Be sure to call or email to confirm dates. We prefer to have an email to date "stamp" your requests. We will hold your reservation until your check arrives but no later than 3 days if another request or check is received. We will show it as available on the website and take back up reservations.The lease will be emailed to you unless you state that you prefer it to be mailed. Please follow the instructions that come with the lease.
